Today has been fairly eventful! I went on my first interview this morning at an attorney's office and I must say, I am feeling fairly confident. I will have interview #2 next week most likely and I am looking forward to it. I felt very comfortable while there and really liked what I had to hear about the position. Cross your fingers! (Whoever you are)!
I was also able to meet my husband for lunch right after. We had BBQ and it was lovely. Well, I had a grilled chicken sandwich but whatever. If I get this job, we will be able to have lunch together often, as his branch is only about 10 minutes from where I'd be. Awesome!
The only downfall to finding employment now is that my household projects may be left unfinished for a while, but that's okay. I'd rather have a steady, heftier paycheck and the good feeling that can only come from a reliable job any day!
With that being said, I am off to watch TV and do some laundry. Hopefully "housewife" will not be my title for too much longer! :)
