Take Down

Last night, I had a terrible, terrible dream that my dog went missing and, when my husband went off to try to find him, he too went missing. It was a really difficult dream to get through. Dislike.

Nothing too thrilling has happened as of late; however, I must say that I am quite proud of my recent weigh-in. I am FINALLY dropping some lbs and actually keeping them off. I haven't altered my eating habits much - mostly watching my portions and avoiding overly fatty foods. I still manage to eat most of what I want, though. I've really made the change through my new exercise routine....I have been running my 15+ basement stairs a few nights each week for a few weeks now. This is a wonderful hips & rear-end workout and let me tell you... I am totally diggin' it. I put in my earphones and rock out to some really empowering music as I run. Sometimes I will stop mid-run and break out into an improvised dance routine. It's really a blast! I hope I can keep this up, especially since we will be in FL in just a few days! :)

I suppose that is really all I have to say. I am ready for lunch!
