Hey folks! I am back! It's been a few months, surprise surprise, and I wanted to start off today's posts with one about a dream that I had just last night. Are you ready for this? (Cue Jock Jams, and, go!)
I was dating this guy, M. In real life, he has and always will be a very good friend but nothing romantic has ever come about in the 10+ years we've been friends. In my dream, we had been dating for only a few months and weren't very serious. We were invited to go have dinner at my cousin's house - HI MEGHAN AND TOM! :) RANDOM!
We got there and we were sitting in their living room just chatting and discussing Tom's new job as a pharmacist. (HAHAHA RANDOM AGAIN!) My boyfriend got really interested in the idea that Tom could supply him and his friends with drugs that may not otherwise be available. As would be the case in real life, should this scenario ever take place, Tom was offended by the request and was politely trying to convey that to provide drugs without a prescription would not only be illegal but morally wrong. My boyfriend was not having it and stormed out, expecting me to follow. I did not because I was mortified. Seriously. What was he thinking?
The dream concluded with my boyfriend sitting outside on their front stoop, refusing to leave without me, and me sending him a text message that read, "CHOOSE HUGS NOT DRUGS."
Again. Couldn't make this up if I tried. I am not even going to try to interpet this one because it is completely insane.
Well. Day made!
